NEW DELHI: Spring House Workspaces, a managed office space provider, has opened its newest center, occupying over 28,000 sq ft at Southern Park Mall, Saket, New Delhi.
The center offers a capacity of approximately 450 seats, including 300 desks and 33 private cabins, designed to cater to startups, remote teams, consultants, and growing enterprises.
“We deployed investment ranging between ₹800 and ₹2,500 per sq ft on a center, depending on the extent of interior work—from refurbishment to full bare-shell fitouts,” said Mukul Pasricha, founder & CEO of the company.
The average rental per seat in the Delhi market stands at ₹12,000 plus taxes, while rates in Gurugram range from ₹6,000 to ₹22,000 per seat, depending on the location and offering.
The company currently operates over eight lakh sq ft of office space across 20+ locations in Delhi-NCR. In 2025, it has operationalized five new centers across Delhi NCR, including Southern Park in Saket, plot 54 at Delta Towers, Gurugram, Janakpuri B1/622, Naraina, and DLF Center Court, Gurugram.
Over the next three months, the company plans to further expand its footprint with four upcoming centers at Corporate Greens and Vipul Plaza in Gurugram, sector 62 in Noida, and Connaught Place in central Delhi.
