August 23, 2025: Real estate developer Brigade Group has announced the launch of its latest residential project, Brigade Lakecrest, located near Bhattarahalli Lake on Old Madras Road in Bangalore. The project will be developed under a Joint Development model, with a total development area of nearly 9.33 lakh square foot and a projected revenue potential of over Rs 950 crore. The project has received RERA approval as of June 24, 2025, with a scheduled completion in March 2030.

The project will feature 604 premium 1, 2, and 3 BHK residences with balconies offering lake views. Every unit has been designed with a focus on flexibility, with select units featuring dedicated spaces for home offices or study. The project includes a double-height clubhouse packed with top-tier amenities curated for all age groups. It provides open green spaces, a layered landscape design and easy access to recreational zones, ensuring a balanced lifestyle for the residents. According to the developer, the project has excellent connectivity to major employment and social hubs of Whitefield, Marathahalli and Indiranagar. The strategic location ensures proximity to schools, malls, hospitals, IT parks and high-street retail hubs, making it ideal for both families and professionals.
