WeWork India Expands Footprint in Hyderabad with ₹100 Crore Investment, ETRealty

NEW DELHI: WeWork India Management has entered into a lease agreement to expand its presence in Hyderabad, with a capacity addition spread across 2,50,348 sq ft.

Under the proposed expansion, it plans to add around 3,300 desks, with the additional capacity expected to be operational on or before June 2026.

The proposed expansion entails an investment of approximately ₹100 crore, which will be funded through a combination of debt and internal accruals, the company said.

The company currently operates 1,21,638 desks, with an overall utilisation of 83.9%, underscoring strong occupancy levels across its portfolio.

The company reported revenue of ₹640.3 crore, up 27% year-on-year in Q3 FY26. Managed office contributed 21% of the overall portfolio revenue. It has operational portfolio of 8.2 million sq ft across 73 centres in 8 cities, with AUM of 11.4 million sq ft (including LOIs).
