Signature Global Reports ₹45.33 Crore Net Loss in Q3 FY26 Amid Softening Real Estate Market, ETRealty

NEW DELHI: Signatureglobal (India) has reported net consolidated loss after tax of ₹45.33 crore during the quarter ended December 31, 2025. It had registered profit after tax of ₹29.13 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.

The company’s net consolidated total income stood at ₹312.76 crore in Q3 FY26, a decline of 63.72 per cent from ₹862.14 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year.

Pradeep Aggarwal, founder & chairman of the company said, “We have continued to deliver steady performance during the first nine months of FY26. While the real estate market has witnessed some softness, the current environment clearly favours developers with a proven track record of delivering quality homes and truly consumer- centric offerings.”

As on December 31, 2025, its net worth stood at ₹634.28 crore, debt-equity ratio stood at 4.53, current liability ratio was 0.87, total debt to total assets ratio was 0.19, operating margin was (22.23%) and net profit margin was (15.94%).

It reported revenue of ₹14.9 billion for 9M FY26, while collections stood at ₹30.9 billion. During Q3 FY26, the company’s revenue amounted to ₹2.8 billion, while collections rose to ₹12.3 billion. During 9M FY26, the company achieved a pre-sale of ₹66.8 billion, with average sales realization rising to ₹15,182 per sq ft, compared to ₹12,457 per sq ft in FY25.
