NEW DELHI: Turner International India has leased 46,000 sq ft managed office space at WeWork Gigaplex Airoli, Navi Mumbai from WeWork India Management (WeWork India).
The center will house over 650 professionals.
Santosh Martin, chief revenue officer of the company said, “From a 16-seat setup in 2022 to a 650+ seat Managed Office today, this evolution reflects the growing preference for customised, scalable workspace models that combine efficiency with identity.”
“In just two years, we have scaled our managed office business to 26,000 desks across 1.7 million sq ft, now contributing 21% of total revenue, with an annualized run rate exceeding nearly ₹530 crore and growing at a rate of 63% CAGR over the last two years. For the last 12 months, we’ve added 20,000 desks, a 20% year-over-year increase in capacity,” Karan Virwani, managing director and CEO of the company said in its earning report.
