Arvind SmartSpaces Reports 41.79% Decline in Q3 FY26 Net Profit Amid Project Expansion, ETRealty

NEW DELHI: Arvind SmartSpaces has reported a decline of 41.79 per cent in its net consolidated profit during the quarter ended December 31, 2025. Its profit after tax (PAT) stood at ₹29.21 crore as against ₹50.18 crore it registered in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.

The company’s net consolidated total income stood at ₹170.50 crore in Q3 FY26, a dip of 20.87 per cent from ₹215.47 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year.

The board of director approved re-designation of Priyansh Kapoor, whole-time director & CEO as managing director & CEO of the company with effect from February 10, 2026.

Kamal Singal has stepped down from the position of managing director and CEO of the company and has been re-designated as whole-time director – strategy and investments with effect from February 10, 2026.

During the said quarter, its bookings were at ₹331 crore while collections amounted to ₹317 crore. Net debt (Interest bearing funds) was at ₹79 crore as on December 31, 2025. Net debt (Interest-bearing funds) to equity ratio stood at 0.13 as on December 31, 2025 as against (0.05) as on September 30, 2025.

“Our cumulative new business development topline potential for the year stands at ₹2,510 crore, which includes two new projects in Bengaluru, and one each in Ahmedabad and Vadodara. Cash flow generation remains robust, as operating cash flows in Q3 FY26 amounted to ₹169 crore, a 128% year-on-year growth and for 9M FY26 it grew by 16% year-on-year to ₹321 crore,” said Kapoor.

The company recently acquired a residential high-rise project spread across 4.7 acre on an outright basis. The project, situated on Sarjapur Road, Bengaluru, has a total estimated saleable area of 6.8 lakh sq ft and a top-line potential of ₹860 crore.

In Q3, it added a residential high-rise project in Vastrapur, Ahmedabad with a top-line potential of ₹400 crore and saleable area of 3.6 lakh sq ft. It also added a residential high-rise project in Nallurahalli area of Whitefield, Bengaluru with a top-line potential of ₹550 crore and saleable area of 4.6 lakh sq ft.
