NEW DELHI: Exotica Housing plans to invest approximately ₹500 crore to develop its IT and ITES project – Exotica One32 in sector 132, Noida.
Spread across five acres, the project offers IT and ITES office spaces in various configurations ranging from 1,000 sq ft to 3,000 sq ft, housed within two towers of 27 floors each, along with integrated retail spaces within the premises.
Office spaces are currently priced at ₹13,990 per sq ft. The expected possession date for phase-I is January 2030.
Till date, the company has delivered over 4,000 residential units across projects in Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida, and Greater Noida West.
