NEW DELHI: Raymond Realty has signed definitive documents to jointly develop a residential project in Kandivali, Mumbai, marking its seventh joint development project in the city.
The project is estimated to have a gross development value (GDV) of around ₹3,000 crore. With this addition, the total GDV of Raymond Realty’s real estate portfolio will reach nearly ₹43,000 crore.
Separately, County Group has launched a luxury residential project, Clove County, in Sector 151, Noida, along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway with an investment of over ₹1,200 crore.
Spread across five acres, the development will comprise 226 apartments across three towers. The project will offer 4BHK apartments of about 4,077 sq ft and 5BHK units of 5,310 sq ft and 6,417 sq ft, with prices ranging between ₹10 crore and ₹18 crore.
The developer had acquired the land parcel in 2025 for around ₹473 crore, with the project spread over around 11 lakh sq ft.
