BENGALURU: British homebuilder Vistry Group on Tuesday appointed Rob Woodward as its non-executive chair, effective May 13, as the search for a chief executive continues.
Woodward, who was CEO at real estate firm STV Group for a decade till 2017, will replace outgoing chair and CEO Greg Fitzgerald, who is set to retire after the company’s annual general meeting in May.
Fitzgerald will continue to serve as CEO until a successor is appointed.
Woodward has held multiple executive roles across companies and governing bodies, including serving as the chair of the UK’s Met Office Board from 2018 to 2024.
The homebuilder, facing challenges in a subdued housing market, earlier this month warned of lower margins for fiscal 2026.
