NEW DELHI: NBCC India will develop Rajasthan Mandapam and allied infrastructure in Jaipur. The project, near Jaipur International Airport, is expected to come up on more than 90 acre with a total built-up area of more than 94.53 lakh sq ft.
The total project value has been assessed at more than ₹5,800 crore. The entire development is being developed by RIICO with NBCC executing the project.
The project was inaugurated by Bhajan Lal Sharma, chief minister of Rajasthan on March 19.
The master plan integrates convention centre (built-up area more than 9 lakh sq ft), expo halls (built-up area around seven lakh sq ft), global capability centres (GCCs) & IT/ITES office spaces (built-up area around 18 lakh sq ft), hotels, retail facilities & housing (built-up area more than 10.76 lakh sq ft), a natural history museum (built-up area more than 1.77 lakh sq ft), riverfront public spaces, Unity Mall, and fintech plaza (built-up area close to 69 thousand sq ft). The entire development will have provision of parking with built-up area of around 32.5 lakh sq ft.
NBCC will implement the project through a self-financing model. The company plans to float tenders for the project in April 2026.
