NEW DELHI: Supreme Universal plans to invest around ₹1,500 crore to develop a residential project in Pune’s Punawale area, with a development potential of over three million sq ft.
The project, being developed under a joint development agreement (JDA) with a landowner, will span 12.6 acres and comprise over 2,200 apartments across multiple phases.
The development, named Supreme Rivana, will offer 2BHK, 3BHK and 4 BHK units, targeting the mid-to-premium housing segment in West Pune. Construction will be undertaken in phases, with the total investment covering construction costs.
