NEW DELHI: WeWork India has expanded its presence in the National Capital Region (NCR) with the opening of a new centre at Atrium Place in Udyog Vihar, Gurugram, adding about 90,000 sq ft to its portfolio.
The facility, spread across two floors, houses over 1,200 desks and marks the company’s 15th centre in NCR.
The new centre has been launched in partnership with DLF. CBRE provided the advisory support for the transaction.
Arnav S. Gusain, chief of supply said the company has added more than 3,000 desks in NCR over the past two years. It has recorded a 50% increase in enterprise desks across the NCR region.
The company’s total operational footprint stands at over 1.21 lakh desks across eight cities.
