MUMBAI: Shraddha Kapoor has renewed the lease for her apartment in Mumbai’s Juhu locality at a starting monthly rent of ₹6 lakh, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards on the website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR).
The lease renewal was registered in February 2026. The apartment is located in Prime Beach, Juhu, and measures about 365 sq metres (approximately 3,929 sq ft). The agreement includes four car parking spaces.
As per the documents, the tenure of the lease is 12 months, with the cumulative rental value amounting to ₹72 lakh over the full term. The transaction attracted a stamp duty payment of ₹36,000 and registration charges of ₹1,000.
The same unit had earlier been leased by Kapoor in October 2024.
