NEW DELHI: Vedaanta Senior Living has partnered with Sameera Group to develop senior living project Vedaanta Ananta at Chengalpattu in Tamil Nadu.
The project will be developed within the integrated township- Sameera Universe, with an investment of ₹50 crore.
Spread across over four acres, the project will feature 69 senior living villas, prices of which will start at ₹50 lakh onwards, plus statutory charges.
Rahul Sabharwal, co-founder and director of the company said, “Tamil Nadu is one of the most mature and high-potential markets for organised senior living in India, and our aim is to create ecosystems that enable seniors to live independently, stay engaged, and age with dignity.”
It currently operates 10 active communities across South India, with another 12 communities in various stages of development.
