NEW DELHI: Gera Developments (GDPL) has appointed Rajesh Yashwant Shirwatkar as chief financial officer (CFO).
Shirwatkar will be responsible for leading the company’s financial strategy, planning, compliance, treasury management, and governance functions.
Parallelly, Swapan Mukherjee has been elevated to the role of group chief financial officer.
“In this expanded role, he will provide financial oversight at the group level, helping build a strong foundation to support the scale and growth of the business going forward,” said Rohit Gera, managing director of the company.
